Pine Ridge Castle Hayne Final Sellout: New Homes from the $280s — Open House This Weekend

I just wanted to invite you out to an open house weekend that we're doing this weekend. And this is the first weekend of June. It is the final sellout of Pine Ridge. It's a new home community, a small new home community in Castle Hain just outside of Wilmington. It's near the north campus of Cape Fear Community College. It's near I-140 for easy access. It's right on North College Road, just down the road from Laney High School, North Chase. And of course, you can shoot to downtown historic Wilmington anytime down on the river, or you can be at Wrightsville Beach in probably 15 minutes. North Carolina Beach is not that far, and all things Wilmington. The good news is you are close to everything, but you are not in the midst of the crazy traffic. So, I just wanted to invite you. We have single floor homes, single story homes, full front porches, metal roofs from the high 200s. They start in the 280s, and they have full fenced backyards, really nice homes, brand new. They're about 1,400 foot, three bedroom, two bath, stainless steel kitchens, open floor plans. I think you'll like them quite a bit. And then also, we've got one left of Stevens Fine Homes built out there, just under 400,000. It's a larger home. These are two story homes. They have the two car garages, and they are in the 390s. So, just depends on what you're looking for. We have very affordable homes out there. there from the 280s or you can have the larger homes up just under 400 and there is no active monthly HOA fees. There are certainly HOA covenants restrictions to make sure everybody follows some kind of rules and to take care of the road and the stormwater pond and things like that but there are no monthly fees that are due now.
