Our new chatbot widget sits as a subtle 💲 icon in the bottom-right of your website on desktop and mobile. We've intentionally designed it not to auto-pop to protect your PPC budgets and conversion rates.
On a non-listing URL, it functions as an intuitive conversational home value tool. On an individual listing URL, it intelligently becomes a non-gated Cost of Waiting report tailored for that specific listing. It provides seamless, context-aware lead capture.
AI Voice-Cloned Podcasts
This capability is massively helpful for syndicated backlinks. Your custom voice clone sounds exactly like YOU acting as the guest, while an AI host asks smart, contextual questions about your specific blog post.

Infrastructure & Transparency
We're streamlining hard around blogging, as we've consistently proven it's the best avenue for lead generation (especially for ecosystems like Sierra Interactive). Because of this, we are consolidating and removing some platform features that weren't getting utilized.
We are currently burning through API tokens across 20+ different APIs, but indexing is incredibly strong and our AI visibility impact is becoming obvious. We are seeing real stories of listings getting serious traction natively.
I haven't received a ton of feedback lately, but I've been heads-down fixing broken things. My sincere apology: our documentation has been lax. The platform grew much bigger than I originally expected, but we will be streamlining the guides shortly.
