Step 4: Google Review Mode

Have a great customer review? Turn it into a 2,000+ word SEO-optimized blog post with Google Review Mode. The review becomes social proof woven into rich neighborhood or market content — not just a republished quote.

• Review Details: Enter the reviewer's name, their 1-5 star rating, and paste the review text. Use Google Places autocomplete for the address, and optionally add a subdivision name or property URL.
• Visuals: A beautiful, styled testimonial card with star ratings is automatically embedded directly in your blog HTML. Plus, the AI generates a custom testimonial graphic image to use on social media.
• AI Power: Compatible with all three AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to craft the perfect story around your successful transaction.

Step 6: Featured Image Generation

When Featured Image is checked in your options, Buddy automatically generates a custom AI image for your blog post.

• Multi-Purpose: The featured image appears on the Result page and can be used as the hero image on your blog, social media shares, and email header.
• Regeneration: Users can also generate new images from the Result page at any time if the first one isn't quite right.

Step 8: Publish Your Content

After generating your content, it's time to publish! Here's the important part: all your generated content (Google Business Post, Facebook Post, YouTube Description, Email) automatically includes a link to your blog post URL. This means the URL MUST match what's on your website.

• Copy the HTML: Use the Copy HTML button on the Blog Post tab. This copies the full blog with tracking already embedded.
• Paste into your CMS: Switch to HTML/Code view in your CMS (WordPress, Sierra, etc.) and paste the content.
• Keep the URL consistent: The blog URL is embedded in ALL your generated content (Google Business, Facebook, YouTube, Email). If your CMS changes the URL, those links will break.
• Sierra Users: Sierra auto-generates the slug from your post title. Use the exact title shown in the Sierra Publishing Guide on the Result page. This ensures everything matches perfectly.
• Non-Sierra Users: Make sure the slug/URL in your CMS matches what Buddy generated. Most CMS platforms let you edit the slug before publishing.
• Test your link: After publishing, use the "Verify My Post is Live" button to confirm everything works.

Step 10: Review & Refine

Before or after you publish, you have complete control over the final result. The Result page offers:

• Inline Rich Text Editor: Edit any generated content directly in the browser — change headlines, tweak paragraphs, add details — and save instantly.
• AI Tools bar: Quick access to AI Title Suggestions (5 alternatives), SEO Score (0-100 with improvement tips), and AI Improve (content-specific enhancements per tab).
• "Edit with AI": A section in each tab for targeted AI regeneration with additional instructions, including photo uploads for new images.
• Photo Enhancement: Upload images and use Auto Enhance, Smart Crop, or Background Removal tools powered by AI.
• MLS Description Tab: Shows the property address, Google Street View photo, and a plain-text listing description with character count vs target, plus a plain-text copy button.
• Audio Embed Management: Replace or remove embedded audio easily from the Result page.
• Send to Email: Review, edit, then manually send the generated email template.
• Auto-save: Your posts are automatically saved so you never lose your work.

Step 12: AI Podcast Generation

From the Result page, click "🎙️ Turn Into Podcast" to create a 2-person AI podcast from any audio post.

• AI Co-Host: Your original recording is paired with an AI host who introduces the show and asks questions.
• Customization: Choose from multiple AI host voices and set a custom podcast name in Settings.
• Easy Sharing: The assembled podcast is playable on the Result page and can be embedded directly in your blog HTML.

Step 14: Enable Auto-Enhance Content

Keep your published content fresh and competitive automatically. Enable Auto-Enhance Content in Settings to let AI scan your posts daily for outdated statistics, stale market data, and missing information.

• Smart Scanning: AI uses live Google Search to find the latest data relevant to your posts and proposes targeted replacements.
• Impact Scoring: Every enhancement includes before/after SEO Score and AI Visibility Score so you can see exactly how each update improves your ranking.
• One-Click Approval: Nothing changes until you approve it. Review enhancements via email notifications with Approve/Reject buttons, or manage them from the Content Intelligence panel on each post.
• How to Enable: Go to Settings → scroll to Content Intelligence → toggle ON Auto-Enhance Content.

Step 16: Share & Discover

Check out the Sharing Board where users can share their successful posts with the community. Found an interesting topic? Use the "Make It Mine" feature to regenerate someone else's topic with your own branding, website, and location — ensuring zero duplicate content while leveraging proven ideas. This is a great way to discover new content angles and stay inspired.

Also, head to the Leaderboard to see who's crushing it! The leaderboard ranks all users by posts created, page views, unique visitors, link clicks, and shares. Switch between timeframes to see who's on top and view their stats. It's a fun way to stay motivated and see how your content stacks up against the community.

Step 18: Set Up Your AI Chat Widget

Engage visitors and capture leads automatically by enabling the AI Chat Widget from Settings → Chat Widget.

• Smart Conversations: The widget appears as a floating chat bubble. Visitors can ask questions and get instant, personalized AI answers based on your location and branding.
• Lead Capture: After a few natural exchanges, the AI asks for contact info (name, email, phone) and automatically emails it to you as a fresh lead.
• Customizable: Make it yours by customizing the avatar, display name, brand color, greeting message, and up to 4 quick-action buttons (link, phone, or email).
• Easy Installation: The widget is automatically included when you copy generated blog HTML. To place it site-wide, simply copy the embed script tag from Settings. (It uses a special __btbChatbotLoaded guard so multiple scripts never conflict).
